University of Toronto's competition for the revitalization of the Huron Willcocks intersection on its St. George campus called for designers, architects, and interested community members to submit ideas for the area's pedestrianization. Below are excerpts from CS&P Architects winning panels. The surrounding buildings are largely dominated by internalized programming in the form of courtyards and semi-public interior spaces. The project attempts to unfold these relationships in plan and section allowing the internalized spaces and programming to bleed out into a new, communal space at the intersection Huron St. and Willcocks St.
